Ethical Events and THE NATIONAL AUTISTIC SOCIETY - 01.10.07

Ethical Events work together with National Autistic Society to launch a new photo exhibition which gives an insight into how people with autism see the world

We have been working with The National Autistic Society (NAS) on the co-ordination of a  unique new photography exhibition in central London exploring how people with autism view the world. The exhibition, entitled As I See It, will be open to the public at The Gallery on Charing Cross Road from Monday 29th October to Sunday 4th November 2007 and is free to enter.

We have also assisted with the launch event for the Think Differently About Autism campaign on the evening of Thursday, 25 October, at the RSA

This special evening will include a preview of a new photographic exhibition, As I See It, featuring photos of and by people affected by autism.

We are delighted to be part of this worthwhile project and will report on the launch evening later this month..........

ETHICAL EVENTS AND SOPHIE'S CHARITY......

Sophie was a normal, bright and fun loving 12 year old girl for whom the future was potentially limitless. In February 2004 her world and that of her parents, was then turned on it’s head when they discovered that Sophie was diagnosed with auto immune sclerosing cholangitis.

Sophie is now a gorgeous, fun loving and even more determined young lady of 16, who, with her family works tirelessly for the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation, raising awareness and undertaking numerous fund-raising initiatives.

We were delighted to be of assistance when a summer picnic was held to raise funds for the charity and the evening was huge success. Read article in full
